When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

- Items must be returned in original packaging
Custom-built or made-to-order vivariums may be non-refundable unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
